Culture at USC
Culture has been – and continues to be – a major focus at USC. In November, the Trojan community adopted the Unifying Values and, since February, thousands of Trojans have engaged in discussions on Integrity, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Well-being, and Excellence. June’s focus is on Open Communication. At USC, Open Communication means we actively listen and communicate in a clear, honest, timely and accessible manner and provide opportunities for safe, respectful dialogue and interaction.
Our community is invited to attend and participate in June’s upcoming Culture events, including:
- Wednesday, June 9, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST: Lunch & Learn featuring Heather Rim
- Wednesday, June 16, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM PST: Community Panel on “Open Communication” moderated by Willow Bay, Dean of the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism
