In his previous role, as the Financial Leadership Fellow, Mico was tasked with rolling out the Barrett Values Assessment to the USC Finance division’s leadership team. The same values assessment is now planned to be implemented university-wide in the coming year.
He is proud to work at USC because of the people that make up this institution. Mico is a Trojan through and through. He met his wife (also a staff member) at USC and is currently pursuing a doctorate in policy, planning, and development at the Sol Price School of Public Policy.
