Dear University Club Members,

It’s hard to believe it, but we are almost halfway through the month of November, the month of giving and gratitude. We look forward to celebrating this magical season with you and with family and friends.

As a gesture of thanks this season, we are inviting you to donate to the 2024 Employee Holiday Fund.

The past year has been bustling at the Club. The employees and staff have loved connecting with you and feel honored to share in your celebrations and momentous occasions –  professional and personal. We have enjoyed being your home for meals, hosting your events, and being a place where you can savor campus life with colleagues and friends. We are delighted that our current staff includes long-time employees (some of whom have been here for 40 years) and some new hires as well. It is truly the tremendous staff and our diverse membership that make the Club the wonderful place it is.

We have much to look forward to in 2025.  We have planned an exciting calendar of events, including some longstanding favorites like the Spring Musical Dinner, our Faculty and Staff Recognition program, and some exciting social events.

As we anticipate winter break and the holiday season, we ask you to join us in contributing to the University Club Employee Holiday Fund. The funds will help our employees feel appreciated during this season of gratitude, and help offset the high cost of living. All contributions will be distributed to our University Club staff, led by General Manager Juanita Gomez. Juanita and her team have done an outstanding job honoring the warm and welcoming atmosphere members enjoy. Donations of any amount will be gratefully accepted.

To contribute to the 2024 Holiday fund please fill out the form linked here. We also accept check (in person or mailed), cash (in person), or credit card (over the phone or in person). Donations must be received by December 1st, 2024.

In closing, the Board thanks you for your continued membership. We wish you a happy holiday season and look forward to an enriching and fulfilling 2025 and beyond together.

Many Thanks,

The Amy King Dundon–Berchtold University Club of USC Board of Councilors
