Faculty and staff are invited to join Recreational Sports every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00pm for free fitness classes at HSC Fitness Center. Classes are offered for HSC gym members only. This high-energy circuit training class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health. Trojan Fitness Circuit combines functional movements, bodyweight exercises, and resistance training. Trojan Fitness Circuit welcomes all including beginners. Also, throughout the semester, learn how to set your fitness goals, build your own personalized workout, and build foundational weightlifting techniques with our certified fitness staff with our free fitness workshops. Whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your current routine, these workshops provide expert guidance and practical tips to grow.
