To empower you to confidently lead your team, USC Learning and Organizational Development has launched “Leading Teams Through Challenging Times,” a series of virtual weekly workshops designed to equip managers with targeted, practical strategies and tools to help them guide their teams through this period of transition at the university. This series is being run in partnership with the Culture Team; the USC WorkWell Center; and Employee and Labor Relations.
