Over the past year, the USC Staff Assembly has achieved remarkable milestones through resilience and dedication. We’ve enhanced staff engagement with virtual town halls and monthly recognition programs, expanded professional development opportunities, and built a supportive community through networking events and a new mentorship program.

Our health and wellness initiatives have focused on mental health, fitness and work-life balance, while our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts have fostered a more inclusive environment. Additionally, we’ve increased our community outreach and volunteerism, demonstrating our commitment to giving back. Together, we’ve made significant strides in creating a vibrant and supportive workplace.

“Working closely with our committee chairs, we have enhanced communication channels, streamlined decision-making processes, and implemented initiatives that directly benefit our staff community,” wrote Stacey Croomes, president of the USC Staff Assembly. “As we look ahead, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and remain committed to advancing our shared goals of excellence, collaboration and equity within USC Staff Assembly.”
