In response to a motion raised during the November 2024 General Assembly meeting, the USC Staff Assembly has formally approved an open letter to university leadership regarding the recent changes to the Tuition Assistance Benefit (TAB) program. This letter reflects the collective thoughts, concerns, and experiences of USC staff and advocates for transparency, equity, and meaningful dialogue on this important issue.
