The Inclusion, Representation, and Belonging Committee will promote and encourage a culture of inclusivity and representation that ensures all members of the USC community feel welcome, safe, validated, and empowered to thrive. The committee will support university initiatives and sponsor or collaborate on programs and events that directly impact staff and are inclusive and accessible to all. The committee will provide insights and recommendations to ensure inclusion, representation, and belonging are considered in university and Staff Assembly decision-making, planning, policies, and initiatives.
