We are pleased to support College Yoga Day at USC as an opportunity to learn more about self-care, mindfulness and other resources.
Physical Education, Student Affairs and the Office of Religious Life are partnering to present USC Yoga Day – a Wanderlust like festival free to all Trojan students, faculty, staff and alumni. Participants will have an opportunity to attend workshops and classes from some of the University’s inspiring mind/body professors and community leaders. Join us for a full day of yoga, meditation, mindful activities, food, and music.
