Do you have what it takes to be a secret agent? The USC WorkWell Health & Well-being team is here to recruit operatives for Mission: Possible – a six-week, team-based wellness challenge set to run from Sept. 22 to Nov. 6, 2023.To be a “secret agent,” develop healthy habits, and embody USC’s Unifying Value of Well-being, you must:

  • Form your team of four by partnering with three fellow agents – from inside or outside your school or unit.
  • Accept missions. Every Friday, information about your weekly mission will be emailed to you, along with a video transmission from WorkWell Mission Command and a weekly briefing of tips and resources to be successful. Weekly missions (to be completed every Sunday through Saturday) focus on daily healthy habits such as nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
  • Complete missions – the more missions completed, the greater the reward (both in wellness and prizes to be announced later)!

Are you ready to accept this mission? Join us for the mission launch at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 13, where you will receive the full program logistics and connect with other agents.

In the meantime, visit the Mission: Possible webpage for more details and watch the Mission: Possible recruitment video for a summary of the challenge!
